Returning to our spiritual home at The Isis Farmhouse The Deadbeat Apostles host their 7th Day of the Deadbeats on Saturday 22nd September and we are thrilled to be joined by the magnificent Beard of Destiny. Made up of Gray Barlow (guitars / vocals) and Ian Campbell (drums / percussion) they will bring to you Electric beards with 6 string baritone guitar & stand up drum kit along with acoustic beards with 12 string acoustic guitar and cahon. Originally a Brighton boy Gray is now an Oxford legend and has gigged with many of your favourite local musicians. And Ian on drums? It doesn’t matter if he’s sitting down on the cahon or standing behind a full drum kit, Mr Campbell comes on like a full orchestra and keeps everyone, including Mr Barlow, on the edge of their seats. A right old knees up Mother Brown is on the cards with The Deadbeats closing the night with their usual Country Soul swagger. Joined by the wonderful and multi talented hosts Noreen and Adrian we are all set to bring you another memorable ripper of a night. Kicking off from 7pm and still completely free!
